Heat sterilization equipment for filled products. The core technology is the ability to heat-treat pressurized containers at temperatures of over 100℃; primarily containers with low acidic food products are heat sterilized by applying steam or other heating methods.
Retort Sterilization Chamber
Depending on the container and its contents, there is a choice as to which sterilization procedure to use. Operation controls are possible for severe temperatures and internal pressure. Uniform temperature distribution is realized. The water coolant collection tank equipment or thermal transfer machine, and the cooling tower, allows for an effective use of water.
Equipment to automatically arrange pouch and caps on the retort tray.
A simple structure, and cheap transfer equipment.
Due to the servo drive, a high speed layout is possible.
Unloading equipment that automatically discharges retorted products from the tray.
Reliable transferring of the products using the porous tray can be achieved.
The tray is maintained, and because of flipping, there is no leftover residue.
Tray Conveyor Machinery
From the empty tray stacker, one by one, it supplies the unloader.
The stowed products at the loader are stacked at the assigned tray stacker number.
The traverser automatically inserts and removes the tray from retort.
After retort, the trays are brought down one by one from the tray unstacker, and fed to the unloader.
The tray is looped as indicated in the above processes.
